My Web Design and Development Process

I always follow four very basic steps to design a complete custom website. The steps are:

1. Planning
2. Design
3. Development
4. Delivery

1.  Planning

This is the very first step of my web design process. After getting all the required information and deposit from my client, I start researching their competitors, market, consumer needs, colors, appearance, and much more……..

2.  Design

I start designing the website based on my planning. This is the creative process and my favorite task. I use mainly Adobe Photoshop to create a template. After design work is done, I send it to the client for review. If any changes are needed, I revise them until they are approved by the client. I can say proudly that most of my designs get approved with very little updates.

3.  Development

When the design is approved by the client, the coding part starts. This part may vary depending on the requirements. First of all, I convert the PSD design into HTML and CSS. After that I start converting information to CMS, such as the WordPress theme and code other dynamic parts like Slider, Gallery, Contact form, etc. When all inner page building is done, I test it and send it to the client for review.

4.  Delivery

After getting approval from the client and receiving the final payment, I transfer all files to the client and give support to assure that everything works correctly at the client’s end.
